Joining Findex in 2000, Helen has over 30 years experience in the commercial sector and public practice. In the last 8 years Helen has been involved with small-to-medium sized businesses and not for profit organisations providing total accounting and tax solutions for people in business. She has specialist experience in health and pharmacy as well as hospitality and the trades.

Russell has been involved in all aspects of the business advisory field since 1985 with several years experience at Coopers & Lybrand before joining Findex in 1992. He has a vast cross section of skills and works extensively with a clients to provide commercial and practical advice. Russell has a specific passion for the motor vehicle industry, also specialising in financial analysis, business start-ups, business acquisitions and management accounting.

Sharon has gathered broad experience and exposure in the accounting industry having worked in both public practice and commercial environments over the last 20 years. This has allowed her to accumulate a comprehensive range of technical competencies and develop a strong foundation of prudent financial management. Sharon is genuinely passionate about providing financial insight and thrives in engaging with multiple stakeholders to achieve timely and accurate results that enable businesses to make informed decisions.

Ira has approximately 20 years’ experience providing accounting and business advisory services to a diverse range of industries. She is particularly passionate about Maori business, manufacturing, IT and risk management. Ira enjoys working closely with key stakeholders within organisations, to ensure that they make informed decisions for the short and long-term. Over the years, Ira has used a variety of accounting packages including: MYOB, Banklink, SAP, Xero and many others. Her experience is such that she can advise organisations on which software will best suit their specific business needs. She is also a Trustee of the Anglican Insurance Board, Trustee and Deputy Chair for St Stephens and Queen Victoria Trust Board, and a Financial Advisor to Te Mihana Maori o Tamaki Makaurau and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher
