Chris has a varied client base that includes farming, manufacturing, and construction and is a specialist in agri business and company structures. Prior to Crowe Horwath Chris was an investigator for the IRD and is an expert in benchmarking, forecasting and profitability analysis.
Paul works with a large number of farming clients, advising them on livestock valuation options, benchmarking and succession planning. Paul enjoys working with farming clients and helping them manage their business and the every day risks the farming community faces.
Matt has worked in the financial services industry since 2000. He has 18 years of experience advising a broad spectrum of private clients including retirees, medical specialists and high net worth individuals and their families.

Steve specialises in business advice, valuations and negotiations for SME clients, working across a variety of industries. Steve is proactive and ensures his clients’ business structures are tax efficient assets are protected and opportunities to grow wealth are explored.

He is part of the wider Australasian accounting advisory team and delivers training and practical solutions for our teams and clients. Paul has been with Findex since 2009 and has built up his knowledge working with clients from a range of industries and locations throughout New Zealand.
Tim understands the risks his clients face and how he can accurately measure and protect those risks. With specialist risk management training in the agri sector, Tim works with clients to analyse where their business could be vulnerable, developing safeguarding plans with you to help mitigate risk.

Before joining Findex Wellington in 2000, Les developed his own
management consultancy practice. Prior to this, Les gained substantial financial
management, external audit and internal audit experience as a partner in KPMG and
Arthur Andersen. He has extensive audit and advisory experience both in New Zealand and
overseas.
Michelle has developed a reputation for improving businesses in a variety of industries through strategic planning and developing measurable KPI’s. She has worked in commercial business roles in the past, this experience gives her an understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses today. Michelle also works with a number of clients in the Agricultural sector and is involved in area’s such as farm restructuring and succession as well as general tax advice.
